【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardcontainslimits1andproceduresforthemeasurementofradiodisturbancesinthefrequencyrangeof150kHzto1000MHz.Thestandardappliestoanyelectronic/electricalcomponentintendedforuseinvehiclesanddevices.RefertoInternationalTelecommunicationsUnion(ITU)publicationsfordetailsoffrequencyallocations.Thelimitsareintendedtoprovideprotectionforreceiversinstalledinavehiclefromdisturbancesproducedbycomponents/modulesinthesamevehicle2.ThemethodsandlimitsforacompletevehicleareinClause5andthemethodsandlimitsforcomponents/modulesareinClause6.NOTEAchievingsatisfactorycompatibilitywithon-boardradioreceptionwillalsoinmostcasesprovidesatisfactorycompatibilitywithadjacentradioreceiverreception.Thereceivertypestobeprotectedare:soundandtelevisionreceivers3,landmobileradio,radiotelephone,amateurandcitizens'radio.Forthepurposeofthisstandard,avehicleisamachine,whichisself-propelled.Vehiclesinclude(butarenotlimitedto)passengercars,trucks,agriculturaltractorsandsnowmobiles.AnnexAprovidesguidanceindeterminingwhetherthisstandardisapplicabletoaparticularequipment.Thelimitsinthisstandardarerecommendedandsubjecttomodificationasagreedbetweenthevehiclemanufacturerandthecomponentsupplier.Thisstandardisalsointendedtobeappliedbymanufacturersandsuppliersofcomponentsandequipmentwhicharetobeaddedandconnectedtothevehicleharnessortoanon-boardpowerconnectorafterdeliveryofthevehicle.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludeprotectionofelectroniccontrolsystemsfromradiofrequency(RF)emissions,orfromtransientorpulse-typevoltagefluctuations.ThesesubjectsareexpectedtobeincludedinISOpublications.ThemethodsdescribedinClauses5and6applytothesuppressionofon-boardradiodisturbancesformotorvehicles,devicesandworkingmachinery,toachieveacceptableradioreceptionwithon-boardradioreceivers.Therequirementscontainedhereinspecifythemaximumpermissibledisturbancevoltageatthereceiverendofthevehicleantennatransmissionlineinthefrequencyrangeof150kHzto1000MHz.On-boardradiodisturbancesuppressionreducestheradiodisturbanceenergywhichisappliedbyelectricalequipmentwithinthevehicletotheon-boardpowersupplyofavehicle.Disturbancescanalsobecoupledfromvehiclewiringtothereceivingantennaonthevehicle.Botharticlesdescribemethodsofsafeguardingradioreceptioninthesamevehicleinwhichthedisturbancearises.AnnexBprovidesahelpfulmethodologyforresolutionofdisturbanceproblems.Sincethemountinglocation,vehiclebodyconstructionandharnessdesigncanaffectthecouplingofradiodisturbancestotheon-boardradio,Clause6ofthisstandarddefinesmultiplelimitlevels.Thelevelclasstobeused(asafunctionoffrequencyband)willbeagreeduponbetweenthevehiclemanufacturerandthecomponentsupplier.TheWorldAdministrativeRadiocommunicationsConference(WARC)lowerfrequencylimitinregion1wasreducedto148,5kHzin1979.Forvehicularpurposes,testsat150kHzareconsideredadequate.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,testfrequencyrangeshavebeengeneralizedtocoverradioservicesinvariouspartsoftheworld.Protectionofradioreceptionatadjacentfrequenciescanbeexpectedinmostcases.
