【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TS13143specifiestheabstracttestsuite(ATS)toevaluatetheconformityofon-boardequipment(OBE)androadsideequipment(RSE)toISO/TS12813.Itprovidesabasisforconformancetestsfordedicatedshortrangecommunication(DSRC)equipment(onboardunitsandroadsideequipment)toenableinteroperabilitybetweenequipmentsuppliedbydifferentmanufacturers.InordertoascertainthatOBEandRSEfulfilessentialradiorequirements,theyarealsolikelytobesubjecttoadditionalfactory,siteandsystemacceptancetesting(e.g.ofphysicalandenvironmentalendurance,qualityassuranceandcontrolatmanufacturing,andchargepointintegration),whichisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO/TS13143.NOTEForexample,withintheEuropeanmarket,theessentialradiorequirementsaresetoutinEuropeanDirectives,compliancewithwhichisaprerequisiteforCEmarkingandplacingontheEuropeanmarket.
